Level Designer
I am so grateful to be able to develop a Water Treatment Facility level in Unity3D as a project while attending two Project & Portfolio courses within the Game Design program at Full Sail University. I developed the water facility itself, along with the surrounding environment (including the lake). I also designed the level mechanics, hazards, gameplay setup, level progression, the objectives and an exit transition. I also volunteered to design and develop the terrain and layout that connected five other levels. I started with the my level's pitch in the month of October 2020 in Project & Portfolio II; where I used block mesh placeholders to develop a prototype (including the trees, grass and lake). In Project & Portfolio III of December 2020, I contributed my level for a final release with 5 other game designers.

In the first video, I showcase a walkthrough of my level pitch. I talk about the level theme, the player's goal and the reasoning behind the breadcrumbs and light placement. I also discuss the progression type, the featured level mechanics, and level mechanic setups.

The second video is the final release version of my team's completed game. My level begins at the timestamp of 9:40. I explain each level mechanic and mechanic setup as I make my way through the entire level.
